● Understand business and users needs/ pain points (users’ interviews) and Jobs to beDone
● Help defining Product Vision (Lean Canvas)
● Define Product Roadmaps, measures of successand ownership
● Prioritise and maintain Product Backlog accordingto business value and ROI
● Define leading measures of success and to shortenfeedback and iteration cycles
● Animate co-creation workshops
● Elaborate Epics and Features into User Stories
● Represent, interface and engage the end user(usability tests, usage reports)
● Lead the Daily Standup, Sprint Planning Meetings,Sprint Demo and Retrospectives
● Support and develop Product Team Members
● Test, accept or reject work done
● Inspect the product progress
● Communicate status to stakeholders
